Our projects range from rewiring a thirty year old magnetic cartridge for charity through to residential and corporate installations up to the $1m level. We are one of the few organisations that combine an outstanding retail presence with high end home control programming and practical installation abilities.

We have received numerous industry awards. In 2005 we were awarded "Australian Dealer of the year" for Denon, Cambridge Audio and Cyrus.

We very much like what we do, the people we deal with, and the product we purvey...we will always go the distance with a client. Uniquely in this retail environment we do not work on a personal commission based around gross profit per sale and the result is unbiased advice and a genuine consultative approach to our clients rather than the prevailing hard sell.

We stock and demonstrate current equipment references rather than this month's special; and as a strong and independent specialist we can deal in what we choose rather than what is chosen for us by a head office...

Our knowledge and connections with the operational process of the consumer Audio Visual industry keeps our stock line costing on a par with international marketplace retail majors and thus ensures competitiveness on pricing and service.

Be aware that our premises extend over four buildings. To make an initial contact come to the old premises of 164 Lygon St (next to Bar Centrale) which is our "meet and greet" area.

Nearest Intersection is Pelham St. Generous free parking is available on local one hour spaces and there are substantial metered and underground carparks around the Piazza in Argyle Square (by the way the Piazza has just been remodelled and is a fantastic piece of new Italianate Melbourne surrounded by Victoria's best restuarants, it has become a very popular place for sporting celebration).

We have loading zones for "difficult" items such as 65 inch Screens and Dynaudio C4's... as well as a comprehensive delivery and installation service.

We are happy to accept items for service and repair; just bring them in to 164 Lygon Street or if they are very bulky, have us collect them from your car or pick them up from your home.
